Orders are typically dispatched 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.
Following dispatch delivery typically takes 3-6 business days to most locations in the continental United States.

Shipping Cost

A flat shipping cost of $9.99 applies to orders unless specified otherwise.

Our Story

It started because we couldn't find the parts we needed.

A few years back we were deep into the e-scooter scene and kept running into the same problems chargers dying, displays breaking, brake pads wearing out, and nobody had the right replacement parts in stock. What was available was overpriced, hard to find, or took weeks to arrive from random overseas sellers with no real support behind them.

So we started sourcing them ourselves.

What began as a small eBay operation turned into something bigger than we expected. Riders kept finding us, and the feedback was consistent, the people just wanted a reliable place to get the parts they needed without the hassle. We built that.

Today Volthouse carries 100s chargers, brake components, displays, throttles and accessories across nearly every major brand Segway, Ninebot, Hiboy, and more. We're registered as Volthouse LLC in Wyoming and fulfil orders across the United States.

We're not a massive warehouse corporation. We're people who ride, who know this stuff, and who actually pick up the phone when something goes wrong.
